How Do I Place An Order?
Currently, we offer our product through our website store, Amazon.com (Prime shipping eligible), eBay, and Walmart.com
How do I Pay on Your Website Store?
Once you have added an item(s) to your cart, you can check out using PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and/or, a PayPal account. You are not required to sign up for a PayPal account – you can check out as a guest.
Will you ship internationally?
Yes! We are happy to ship our products internationally. Please contact us at info@c-uinnovations.com for a quote.
Returns & Refunds
For orders on Amazon.com, refer to the amazon return policy. Please use your amazon account for returns and refunds.
For items ordered through our store or by email (bulk ordering or custom packs), there is a 30 day full refund, less shipping, return policy. Please contact Matthew Eschbach at matthew@c-uinnovations.com for returns or more information.
Can I Order in Bulk?
Definitely! We consider more than 10 of the same item to be a bulk order. Often times we can give a discount of 10% to 25% depending on the amount being ordered. Please email Matthew Eschbach at matthew@c-uinnovations.com to inquire about or to place a bulk order.
Can I Get a Custom Item or Pack?
